Onsite Lodging Registration (Please read information and instructions below carefully): Sign-ups will be a first come first serve basis. Once you fill out our preferred lodging options and any required rental gear, you will be contacted by Amanda Larson (Conference Coordinator) to confirm availability and then will be charged/sent an invoice for the remainder of the registration fee. Lodging and gear rental prices below are for all three nights, starting Thursday March 5 th , 2020 at 5:30 pm and ending Sunday March 8 th , 2020 at 10 am. If you plan on staying in the cabins, you will need to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets or sleeping bag), or you can rent a sleeping bag for rental price seen below. If you plan on staying in the tent camping areas, you will need to bring your own tent and bedding/sleeping gear, or you can rent a tent, sleeping pad, and sleeping bag for rental prices seen below.
