Accommodations:
We have several local hotels offering a discounted rate.
We have partnered with The Mining Exchange Wyndham Grand Hotel in Downtown Colorado Springs to offer a mega-discounted rate of $100.00 per night during the conference. If you decide to make a reservation there, call 719-323-2051 and request the Community Built Association block of rooms.
We have also partnered with Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Downtown Colorado Springs to offer Double Queen Rooms and Single King Rooms at $59.00 per night during the conference. If you decide to make a reservation there please call 719-471-8681 and request the Community Built Association 2016 Conference room. Reservations must be made by April 21 to receive the discounted rate.
We are also partnering with two hotels in Manitou Springs, The Villa Motel and Avenue Bed & Breakfast.The Villa Motel rate is $71.00 for a King bed and $75.00 for 2 Queens per night. The Avenue Bed and Breakfast rate is $100 per night. This option is best suited for a couple. The Manitou Art Center is going to help transport people to Colorado Springs. Mention the CBA conference when you are booking to receive the discount.
We can also provide a free home-stay experience if you register by March 23
Transportation:
The Colorado Springs airport (COS) is a convenient way to access the conference. Those arriving from Denver International Airport (DIA) will find multiple shuttle options in the $50 range to Colorado Springs (a 90 mile trip).
If you are able to provide us with your itinerary by March 28, we will likely be able to provide pick up and drop-off services for the airport as well as rideshares.
